Conferring Ceremony 2012 - Registration Form

Alumni who never attended this event are invited to participate to receive a ceremonial Ph.D. or LL.M. diploma.

Candidates for diplomas must register beforehand by using the form below. Registration is open until Monday, 4 June.

The participation fee is € 50,00, and includes the rental of the EUI academic gown and distinctive shoulder piece, as well as DVDs with photographs and the video of the ceremony. You will be asked for payment at a later time.

Candidates for diplomas are supposed to wear the EUI academic gown and shoulder piece during the ceremony. These garments may be rented or purchased. Should you wish to purchase the gown and/or the shoulder piece, please indicate so below.

Please indicate the number of your guests who will attend the ceremony, excluding yourself. You and your guests are invited to attend the June Ball which will be held in the evening of June 15.

Upon registration, you will receive a copy of this form as a confirmation. We will contact you soon with further information.
