Membership Services and Conditions

• Alumni are entitled to an Alumni email account  (firstname.surname@eui.eu ); if you have just defended your thesis the Computing Service will tell you how long your researcher's email account  will be valid

• Alumni EUI card (500 free printouts or photocopies)
• Use of the EUI Library: registration at the Library is necessary, whether the alumnus/a is member of the Alumni Association or not: see the Library rules , and the access policy for EUI-associated members 
• Alumni cannot have remote access to e-resources since this access is not included in our licence agreements, but can use all our e-resources  on site, i.e. when they are physically on the EUI campus
• Use of the EUI canteens (but without researcher discount)

Who is Eligible?

• The Alumni status is valid for the categories listed in Article 5 of the Statutes  of the Alumni Association
• Jean Monnet Fellows and Max Weber Fellows at the EUI for less than an entire academic year, Visiting Fellows, Visiting Scholars, Visiting Students, Erasmus and other exchange students, are not eligible
