How to Reach Us

By Bus

You can reach all sites on the EUI campus, except Villa Salviati, by taking bus 7 from Piazza San Marco.

From Florence railway station (SMN) take bus 1a, 1b, 6, 17, 23 to Piazza San Marco.

For the Badia Fiesolana, Il Convento, Casale, Villa la Fonte, Villa Malafrasca, Villa Pagliaiuola, Villa Raimondi, Villa San Felice, Villa Schifanoia and Il Villino take 7 bus from Piazza San Marco and get off at San Domenico.

For Villa San Paolo take bus 1a/1b from Florence railway station (SMN) to bus stop 'Madonna della Querce', or bus 7 from Piazza San Marco to bus stop 'Pacinotti 1'. From Campo di Marte railway station take bus 10 to 'Ponte al Pino' and then walk up via Pacinotti.

Bus tickets (biglietti) must be bought before boarding and stamped in the machine on the bus.

Tickets are on sale outside the railway station, ATAF ticket kiosks and vending machines, tobacconists, newspaper kiosks, and some bars.

From Florence Airport

Take the airport shuttle (Linea Volainbus) to the Autostazione SITA next to Florence railway station (Santa Maria Novella).

Take bus 1a, 1b, 6, 17, 23 to Piazza San Marco.

From Piazza San Marco take the bus 7 for Fiesole and get off at San Domenico.

By Car

From the A1 Milano-Napoli (Autostrada del Sole) take the Firenze Sud exit and follow directions for Fiesole/Stadio.
