Career Development Group

This group was set up by the Academic Service in 2007 to facilitate the transition of EUI doctors to the labour market.

The group’s task is to reflect on and formulate measures to prepare researchers for their careers after the Ph.D., and to provide them with the tools necessary to be successful on the highly competitive Ph.D. job market.

Throughout the academic year the group organizes skills training seminars, mock interviews and an Alumni Career Event for the doctoral researchers.
