The G Annex is missing, is-it normal?
Yes, it is normal.
Does the value of 600.000€ in point 4.6.3.d (Technical, economic and financial capacity requirements) of the tender specifications refers to the turnover of one year or should it be understood as the “total” for the last 3 closed financial years ?
The value 600.000€ refers to the total for the last 3 closed years. The term “annual turnover” refers to the closure of the financial statements each year.
Ref. 1.5.1 a.
Does the sentence “it must be noted that long term availability implies the capability to access the content without depending on specific software/hardware tools…” mean that the proposed software must be mandatory an open source ?
No, it does not mean that the proposed software must be mandatory an open source.
Regarding contract duration, we have understood that the annual renewal up to 6 times is automatic, except only for the terms outlined in the withdrawal, clauses (see Article II.14 of the Draft Contract in Annex H). Is the interpretation correct?
The article 1.6.2 states: One (1) year, renewable automatically up to 6 times, each time for a period of execution of tasks of 12 months, except for the terms outlined in the withdrawal clauses (see Article II.14 of the Draft Contract in Annex H). The reference between parenthesis to the article II.14 of the draft contract is present to help the reading of the document but it is not the only withdrawal clause: Consider for example the article 5.2.5. of the tender specifications.
Regarding the presumed amount, can the total amount be higher than 175.000,00 Euro?
Yes, it can be higher than 175.000 €
Due to the fact main activities for new system setup and implementation are concentrated in the first year, is it possible to distribute the global amount in different proportions?
It is not possible to distribute the global amount in different proportions.
