The ESIL-ASIL-EJIL-HiiL symposium "Global Public Goods and the Plurality of Legal Orders" : at the EUI on 24 -25 October 2011.
The symposium is a joint initiative of the European Society of International Law and the American Society of International Law, with the support of the European Journal of International Law, the HiiL project on Private Transnational Regulatory Regimes, and the Academy of European Law (EUI).
The symposium looks at whether and how the co-existence, interaction, and antagonisms of different legal orders and their driving agents contribute to creating and maintaining global public goods.
