The Academy of European Law runs an extensive publications programme.

Collected Courses of the Academy of European Law


The Collected Courses of the Academy of European Law are published as a series by Oxford University Press. The volumes are based on the annual summer courses of the Academy.

Each year there is a volume following the General Course and a second volume resulting from the specialized courses, for both the Human Rights law and the European Union law courses.

European Journal of International Law


The European Journal of International Law, published four times a year by Oxford University Press, provides a forum for debate and analysis of important and topical issues in international law; it is unique in its focus on the relationship of international law to the law and policies of the European Union and its Member States.
