EDP Jamboree 2012

The European University Institute is pleased to host the 2012 Jamboree of the European Doctoral Programme (EDP), which will take place in Florence on 9 and 10 November 2012.

Participants in the EDP get together each year for this event, which is devoted to seminars on special topics and student presentations.

The Jamboree, drawing on the common faculty resources, also provides students with information about current research activities, helps orient their own work, and offers guidance on research subjects and associated supervisors.

EDP students from the advanced year of course work onwards are expected to attend the Jamborees. Moreover, it is mandatory to attend at least two Jamborees and to present a paper at at least one Jamboree.

The EDP Jamboree is open only to students of the EDP network.
