The Gulbenkian Foundation Seminar aims not only to discuss and disseminate the Iberian contribution to the study of minorities, but also its contribution to the study of cultural diversity in countries whose official language is Portuguese and Spanish.
This scientific meeting has as its main objective the discussion of pertinent issues of European law, and of new opportunities for minorities within the framework of Human Rights.
