The Foreign Relations Law of the European Union: A Constitutional Perspective

The overall objective of this project is twofold: (i) to explore the extent to which, and the ways in which, the constitutional nature of the EU shapes its nature as an international actor, and (ii) to explore the ways in which the changing international (legal) landscape impacts upon the EU as an international actor, contributing to its constitutional evolution.
