Seminar description

This seminar explores human rights law and the concept of human rights through the lens of gender and sexuality. It draws on feminist critiques to analyse the categories and structures of human rights law in selected areas, including international criminal law; migration and refugee law; transitional justice; reproductive and sexual health and gay marriage.
