Seminar description

This seminar will focus on some of the seminal work in legal theory produced by Italian legal philosophers.  The emphasis will be on a variety of approaches to the field with the work of authors in the last 75 – 100 years being our focus.  The active participation of researchers will be sought in each of the four meetings of the seminar.  The language of the seminar is Italian.
