Seminar description

This seminar would provide an opportunity to look at the evolution of EU external relations law through some of the seminal cases of the Court of Justice. It would also discuss the contribution of the Court to the formation of the EU as an international actor and the nature of its international role, and the Court's own view of the relationship between court(s) and foreign policy
