The European Constitution: Retrospective and Prospect

The RSCAS has launched an ambitious project on 'The European Constitution: Retrospective and Prospects' (in French: 'La Constitution européenne : rétrospective et perspectives'). This research project is in line with previous works devoted to European treaties reform, and is also related to several on-going seminars and research activities being conducted at the EUI, in particular in the Law and SPS departments. One of the projected outcomes of this project includes the publication of a book edited by Giuliano Amato, Hervé Bribosia and Bruno De Witte in April 2007.

 

 

With regard to the edited volume, the RSCAS organised a workshop  at the EUI (21-22 April 2006) bringing together all the contributing authors so that they could discuss each other's chapters. This workshop was also open to members and visitors of the EUI.
