Mission Statement

Regulatory reform in Europe has become a strategic necessity. European and national institutions are debating general and sector specific changes to make it more effective, responsive and efficient. The Robert Schuman Center at EUI would like to contribute to the debate with three seminars and one conference on the relationship between public and private regulation, involving academics, practitioners. These seminars will try to promote an cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary approach to regulation, fostering cross-fertilisation among different sectors.
