Interview with Professor Sven Steinmo on Scandinavian tax regulation

Professor Steinmo, expert in tax history and compliance, talks about Scandinavian tax regulation in general, as well as their tax transparency rules.  In Scandinavia, tax records are open to the public, which has a positive effect on tax compliance.
