Note that Kennedy's Handbook of Econometrics is available in the library reserve collection in
multiple copies. Also Bradburn, Sudman and Wansink’s Asking Questions and Cohen Cohen West and Alken's Applied Multiple

Being on reserve, these books can be taken out of the
library for two full days and one night which should be adequate time to read
the recommended selections if you don't like reading pdf files.
