EDUCATION


-I am currently writing a PhD dissertation in the HEC department in the IUE-Florence with the title "Juridical and Religious discourses in the Spanish Monarchy and the United Provinces around the Peace of Munster (1648)" under the direction of Martin van Gelderen.
-September 2001: Master's Degree (Titulo de Estudios Avanzados) at the Departamento de Historia Moderna (Early Modern History Department) from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
-1999-2000 Curso de Adaptacion Pedagogica from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (350 hours) that allows teaching at High School.
-1995-99 Bachelor's Degree in History by the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
-1995 Certificate to enter the German university Abitur and the Spanish university Selectividad.

RESEARCH GRANTS


-March 2004 onwards, Research Assistant to the "Grotius project" of prof. Martin van Gelderen.
-2002 onwards Holder of a research grant in the IUE-Florence for the completion of a PhD dissertation.
- April-September 2002 Collaboration to the Project "Legislacion Historica Española" under the direction of Miguel Artola.
-1999/2000 and 2000/2001 Holder of a research grant in the Departamento de Historia Moderna (Early Modern History Department) of the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid under the supervision of Pablo Fernandez Albaladejo, including a nine-month stay in the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
-1998/1999 Holder of an introduction to research grant in the Departamento de Historia Moderna of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas under the supervision of Miguel Angel Bunes, helping in the edition process of manuscripts from the XVI century.
