Ramon Marimon

		Welcome to my website I am Director of the Max Weber Postdoctoral Programme of the European University Institute (EUI) and Chairman of the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, Professor of Economics at the EUI, and (on leave) at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and CREi and will be the next President of the Society of Economic Dynamics (2012 - 2015). I am also affiliated with CEPR and NBER, and I am a member of the European Economic Association Standing Committee on Research (Chair 2008 - 2011). I had served in several Expert Groups advising the European Commission on R&D and Higher Education policy. My research interests include Macroeconomics, Monetary Theory, Contract Theory, Learning Theory, Labor Theory, and the Economics of Science and Innovation. My research has been published in Econometrica, Journal of Political Economy, American Ecnomic Review, Journal of Economic Theory, Review of Economic Dynamics, and other journals. With Dean Corbae, I have recently edited a special issue of the Journal of Economic Theory in honor of Truman F.Bewley, my PhD advisor.
