Selection

 

• Mid-October: Postgraduate recruitment begins.
• 31 January: deadline for applications and references.
• First week of March: Pre-selection Committee Meetings: shortlist of candidates to be invited for interview.
• Early to mid-March: Invitations for interviews sent out by email.
• Late March/Early April: Interviews
• End of April/May: Decision on admissions. Notification by email to selected and reserve candidates and to unsuccessful interviewees.
• June to July: Admission letters sent by email. Practical information for selected candidates is posted on the Academic Service's web pages. Reserve candidates may be contacted during this period if selected candidates withdraw.
• End of August: Registration of New Researchers.
• 1st September: Academic Year begins.
