In order to obtain a Max Weber Programme Teaching Certificate a Fellow must have successfully completed the following academic practice activities organized by the MWP:

• Workshop "Curriculum and Course Develoopment"
• Workshop "Learning Outcomes and Strategies" 
• Workshop "How to Structure a Lecture"
• Workshop "Small-group Teaching"
• Microteaching sessions, filmed
• External professional feedback on the micro-teaching sessions
• Curriculum and Course development session with EUI Faculty
• Intensive, weeklong teaching exchange (undergraduate level) with Humboldt/Berlin, LSE/London or UPF/Barcelona
