On 23 November 2011, Wojciech Gagatek (University of Warsaw, OPPR) and Steven Van Hecke (University of Antwerp) presented their EUDO Working Paper at a seminar organized in Brussels by the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). The paper is entitled Towards Policy-Seeking Europarties? The Development of European Political Foundations . The directors of three European Political Foundations, as well as the representatitves of several EU institutions commented the paper.
