The purpose of the Centre is to provide a forum for exchange of ideas and discussion on issues surrounding migration and minority protection. The work carried out by participants of the Centre is part of its long term research strategy which focuses on migration and minority issues in a European context, be that European Union, Council of Europe or OSCE.
