Today, 24 October, the EUI President, Josep Borrell, signs the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities .
The Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Scientific Knowledge of 22 October 2003 is one of the milestones of the open access movement.
