Photocopying

The number of copies you can make may be limited, depending on the fonds. The cost is €0.10 per page.

• Fonds of Community Institutions (EC): unlimited
• Fonds of deposits and private collections (DEP et COL): 500 photocopies per fonds/collection, per researcher, per year
• Fonds of the Archives of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Member States of the European Union: 300 photocopies per archival fonds, per researcher, per year

Digital Copying

The use of a device to take digital photos for reproduction is permitted but is subject to a regulation  and prior permission must be granted.

 

Internet Connection

You can connect directly to the Internet using your laptop. There are sixteen internet connection points in the Reading Room. Ask for a cable at the Reception and follow the instructions for connection .

 

Reference Library

The reference library includes reviews and monographs dealing with the history of European integration.

It is freely accessible to:

• Researchers in the Reading Room
• By request giving at least 24 hours notice in advance for the bibliographic collections with the codes HADOC, HAFON, AMI, AGNOL
