The Historical Archives of the European Union is organising “Run for Europe” event in collaboration with the Gruppo Sportivo Le Panche Castelquarto on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome. The event takes place at Villa Salviati on Saturday March 25 2017 from 12:30 onwards.
Different racing circuits will take place on the grounds of Villa Salviati for runners of all ages. The activities begin at 14:30 with the Gimkana and the cross country for children. Then, from 16:00 races for adults with relay (1,2km x 3 runners), hill climb (around 800m) race and 1-mile (1600m).
You can register for the activities in advance by email, or on-site up until 20 minutes before the races. Presentation of “copia del certificato medico di idoneità agonistica all’atletica leggera in corso di validità al 25 marzo 2017” (copy of medical certificate of fitness for competitive athletics, valid through 25 March 2017) will be required.
Access to Villa Salviati only by foot from Via Bolognese, 156 or Via Faentina 261.
