Saving search results from the EUI catalogue

To save search results from the EUI catalogue, you must:

  1. tick the MARK boxes next to the records you wish to save
  2. confirm by clicking SAVE MARKED RECORDS for each page
  3. when finished the export process, click EXPORT SAVED LIST
  4. choose in which format you wish to save your records: plain text or Pro-Cite
  5. Send the saved format to your e-mail account or to the local A-drive
    If you choose to save the file to the local A-drive, remember to insert a floppy disk before you SUBMIT your choice. After you have finished downloading, remove the diskette.
  6. If you want to print your results, you must first save your results to the local A-drive and follow standard printing procedures.


Please note:

  • you must select each entry you wish to export, this may be a title or an author (with all works the library has of this one author)
  • you must save the marked records for each screen, failure to do so will result in a loss of data
