Direction of Trade Statistics Historical provides annual, quarterly and monthly trade data for 180 countries from 1948 to 1980.
This is a complement to the contemporary Direction of Trade Statistics (IMF) database (1980-2011).
The Direction of Trade Statistics Historical database presents the value of merchandise exports and imports by trading partners, as well as area and world aggregates. Monthly, quarterly and annual trade data from 1948 to 1980 is available.
