World Development Indicators (World Bank)
World Development Indicators measures global development in six categories: World View, People, Environment, Economy, States and Markets, and Global Links. The database, compiled by the World Bank and international partners, covers more than 900 indicators for 210 economies, with data from 1960 to present.
WDI is available both online and via CD-rom at the Library issue desk.
World Development Indicators is structured to provide measures of social progress and quality of life – along with economic development, physical infrastructure, environment and government performance.
