• Bibliografia Storica Nazionale (BSN) is the Italian national historical bibliography published after 1939. The bibliography is available online and also within the European Portal of National Historical Bibliographies. Unfortunately, the online catalogue is only covering years of publication between 2000 and November 2008, numbers 48.600 records, an average of over 6000 a year.
• Bibliographie d'Histoire Luxembourgeoise - Bibliographie zur Geschichte Luxemburgs, 2000- "La Bibliographie nationale luxembourgeoise rassemble les notices bibliographiques des publications éditées et imprimées au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg; publications parues à l’étranger et se rapportant au Grand-Duché, à ses ressortissants ou à ses habitants; publications créées par des auteurs luxembourgeois ou liés au Grand-Duché. La première édition de la Bibliographie luxembourgeoise parut en 1946 (pour la période de référence du 10 septembre 1944 au 31 décembre 1945). Par la suite elle parut annuellement jusqu'en 2005 (année de référence 2004), date à laquelle la Bibliothèque nationale abandonna l'édition de la version papier. Les anciennes éditions sur papier peuvent être consultées à la salle Pétrusse de la BnL. La Bibliographie nationale luxembourgeoise (1988-) est extraite du catalogue collectif bibnet.lu. Elle couvre les Luxemburgensia entrés à la BnL depuis 1988 et permet de réserver les ouvrages. Les références y sont classées thématiquement et vous pouvez feuilleter à travers les différents sujets ou faire une recherche par titre, auteur, sujet ou mots clés. Ces notices sont regroupées par années de parution des titres auxquels elles se réfèrent."
• Bibliographie der Schweizergeschichte / hrsg. von der Schweizerischen Nationalbibliothek, online starting from 1999- "Die Bibliographie erfasst in- und ausländische Monographien und Zeitschriftenartikel zur Thematik "Geschichte der Schweiz" von der Urzeit bis zur Gegenwart. Sie erfasst die Publikationen nach der Folge der Begebenheiten und nach sachlichen Gesichtspunkten. Unter anderem enthält sie Kapitel zu den Hilfswissenschaften, zur Kantons- und Ortsgeschichte, zur Kirchen-, Rechts-, Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, Kultur- und Wissenschaftsgeschichte". The Bibliographie der Schweizergeschichte (1999-) is made of PDF texts which are also part of the searchable database BIBLIO, the Swiss National Library's with three other subject bibliographies: Bibliographia scientiae naturalis Helvetica (bsnh, from year under review 2000 - April 2006) Bibliographie annuelle des lettres romandes (blr, from year under review 1994 - 1995 (Vol. 15)) Bibliographie zur deutschsprachigen Schweizerliteratur (bsl, from year under review 1999-)

A joint index makes available more than 100,000 scholarly biographies of persons from all social backgrounds and nearly all periods of German, Austrian, and Swiss history.
