Candidates from Latin American Countries
The Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y de Cooperación (MAE-AECI) awards a limited number of grants/tution fees to Ph.D. candidates from: Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haití, Republica Dominicana, Paraguay, Bolivia, Perú, Ecuador, Cuba, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brasil, México, Chile, Venezuela, Panamá, Argentina, Uruguay.
Candidates from these countries must fill in the standard on-line EUI application form and the grant application form at the Spanish Ministry's website: http://www.becasmae.es/|.
This is the same form used by Spanish applicants |to the EUI, in accordance with the Ministry's Convocatoria for academic year 2009-2010.
Latin-American candidates applying for the Spanish Ministry grant should mark this on the EUI application form under point 15 'Additional Notes'.
Se subraya el hecho que no podrá recibir beca quien no la haya solicidtado on-line en la página http://www.becasmae.es/| y quien no haya presentado la solicitud en el IUE. Son imprescindibles las dos solicitudes.
