How to Apply

 The annual deadline for applications is 25 October 

 

Application Form 

 

The deadline for applications for the academic year 2012-13 has now passed. The next deadline will be 25 October 2012 for the academic year 2013-2014.

 

Read this before opening the JMF application form 

  • Prepare your CV with a list of publications in PDF 
  • Prepare a research proposal (2-4 pages) in PDF 
  • Use standard international fonts and avoid macros, special characters and password-protected attachments
  • See the Eligibility  and Conditions of award  related to the JMF
  •  Frequently Asked Questions  
  • If you enter text over a maximum field length you will have to shorten it
  • Enter your family name (surname) and first name (name) in the correct fields
  • Do not fill in all fields in capital letters
  • Recheck all field entries and documents before pressing the Submit button
  • You will receive confirmation of receipt by email; if not, contact us at applyfellow@eui.eu .

Letters of reference 

  • Two confidential letters of reference must be sent using the on-line form    directly by the referees
  • References from current full-time/part-time EUI professors will not be accepted
 

 

 

 

 

Selection Procedure 

Candidates are selected by a committee of staff from the RSCAS and approval is given by the Executive Committee of the EUI. Their decision is final and there is no appeal. Reserve candidates are sometimes nominated and offered places if selected candidates do not accept.
