ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidate's documents

Using the link below you are requested to fill in the application form and submit the required documents as attachments. Before going to the application form please read the instructions carefully:

  • The online application cannot be submitted without the CV, research proposal and declaration of exams and grades. Please have these ready to be attached before entering the link to fill in the application form.
  • All attached documents need to be either in RTF-, PDF- or TXT-format. Other formats are not accepted, so please save 'Word' documents (.doc) as RTF or PDF first, and please scan your degree transcript/grade sheet into a PDF format. If you are not sure about document conversion / scanning, consult the section SPECIAL REMARKS  on this page for further details.

Grade sheets, transcripts, and diplomas

At this stage of the selection process, when submitting your application, we do not require you to enclose a copy of your diploma since a list of your exams and grades is much more relevant for the Selection Committee. This may be in the form of a scanned degree transcript from your university or a simple declaration drawn up by yourself, listing exams taken, grades, final result and award date of your degree(s) - if already completed. In the latter case, you will be asked to supply the official transcript from your university and a copy of your diploma at a later stage of the selection (when and if you are called for interview).
