Accounting Service

 

The Accounting Service is responsible for the management of the bookkeeping and treasury of the Institute in accordance with the Financial Regulations.

All original documents related to receipts and payments of funds are stored in its archives.

The main tasks of the Service are to carry out payments, the collection of revenue, the production of financial statements and the annual financial budget.  

The Service is also responsible for checking the accuracy of the movements registered on the EUI’s bank accounts and registering in its software all the legal entities of all the beneficiaries of payments by the EUI.
