Attachment Size Limitations on BPOS

EUI users have been given a mailbox capacity of 10 Gigabytes each on BPOS.

Aside from this, there are limitations on the size of individual messages that can be sent and received.

 

The limits are:

• total message size 30Mb including the e-mail and any attached files
• individual file size limit 26Mb

The file size is considered prior to the encoding necessary to transform the file into an e-mail attachment, which results in an enlargement of the original file size of up to 30%, depending on the file type.

These limits apply to all messages, inbound, outbound, and internal.
