Mail Client Configuration Settings
Important Note: The settings given below do not apply to the e-mail accounts of new researchers and fellows arriving for the 2010/2011 academic year. For now, these users may only configure POP3 clients according to the instructions provided specifically for them.
POP3
POP Server (Incoming Mail Server): postoffice.eui.eu (SSL needed, port 995)
SMTP Server (Outgoing Mail Server): smtpmx.eui.eu (works only on campus or via VPN)

IMAP
IMAP Server (Incoming Mail Server): postoffice.eui.eu (SSL needed, port 993)

The above information will work for any mail client (including Blackberry, iPhone, GMail, etc.). If a Domain is requested as well, please use:
IUEDOM
If no domain is requested but the username/account is not accepted, please try to use the following format:
iuedom\[your_username]
