IT User Support Offices (Site Offices)

IT User Support Offices (Site Offices) are open 8.30-18.30, Monday-Friday (by telephone), 9.00-17.00, Monday-Friday (office).

8.30-9.00 (Morning shift) and 17.00-18.30 (Late shift) - all calls to any IT User Support Office are redirected to one support staff member. During these times a support request is taken but is then forwarded to the appropriate IT User Support Office and dealt with during office hours.

You should ONLY use the contact details below to request support as these are constantly monitored by IT User Support staff even if named staff below are absent.

Please note that any requests for support sent to personal mail addresses of the support staff will NOT be dealt with.
