Long-term Housing

Finding a place to live will be your first priority. Use this info to access to a range of private housing offers.

The Office does not arrange accommodation directly, but end August-early September a team of researchers will be on-hand to help you contact landlords.

The database of the IUE is a free service, which is offered to its members. Renting contracts  are stipulated by the owners and the members of IUE. The Institute does not verify the informations acqiured nor the conformity of data given by owners. The IUE  declines any responsibility for omitted, insufficient, wrong informations.

EUI Housing Database

The Housing Database  contains up-to-date offers of accommodation in the private sector. The Database is for EUI current members and future affiliated to the EUI only.

To help us keep the Database up-to-date, please click the box ‘rented’ when you move into a property. To add an offer of housing to the database Submit a Housing Advertisement / Inserire un annuncio 

 

Overview of Prices

Prices are generally for furnished accommodation, with or without utility costs (water, gas, electricity). 

  • Rooms with landlords/families with monthly all-inclusive rent: €350–450 
  • 1-room studio flat (with kitchenette, bathroom) for 1 person or couple: €550–650
  • 2-room flats (1 bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom): €750–850
  • 3-room flats (1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom): €850–950
  • 4-room flats (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom): €950–1,200
  • 5+-room flats (3+ bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom): €1,300–1,500
