The EUI Lost & Found office is located at the Badia Fiesolana Control room (in front of the Reception desk) and is open 24/7, including EUI closures and public holidays.

To report a lost item, contact the office by phone or email and describe the item in detail, providing also your name and phone number. A reply will follow within at least 2-3 days, as it may take time for the lost item to arrive at the office.
Lost items will be kept for a maximum of 3 months, after which they will be disposed of.
If you found a lost property anywhere in the Campus, you can stop by anytime to deliver it to the L&F office.
Please consider that there are other locations that could receive lost items, so before addressing the central L&F office you can check for an item or turn in something you have found in any of these locations:
