Follow You Printing, Secure Printing and Colour Scanning

Make copies and printouts by swiping your EUI card or inserting your user‐name and password on the touch‐screen.

Once a print job is launched it can be recognised by the user in any Network Printer (ex MultiFunction Network Printers) on the job‐list displayed on the touch‐screen (see last picture).

Select individual documents by touching them in the Job List or select all with the 'Select All' button on the display and decide whether to print or delete them.

All machines will be adapted for colour scanning.

Advantages:

• Saves paper (no banner page, no lost print‐jobs, or picked up accidentally)
• More privacy (nothing is printed until user is identified and authenticated at the printer, only the owner can pick up his/her printouts)
• More flexibility (print‐jobs follow users, any user can use any Network Printer located in all EUI buildings, if a printer is currently offline users can go to the next available printer and collect their printouts without having to go back to their workstation and re‐print)
