Please be informed that the first stage of refurbishment works scheduled for P3 car park at the Badia Fiesolana has just been completed.
In order to speed up ordinary daily activities and improve the quality of the services offered to the EUI community, P3 car park will have a restricted area, with required signage, reserved for authorized service vehicles (contractors’ vehicles, vehicles with commercial permits for loading/unloading, EUI-owned service vans or cars, vehicles whose drivers are performing urgent user support services for the EUI).
List of contractors/suppliers:
- RICOH (Support for Multifunction Network printers)
- GAMBA SERVICE (Cleaning services and porterage)
- TECNOCONFERENCE (Audiovisual Support for conference/seminar rooms)
- VILLA VIVIANI (Canteens, Coffee Bars and Catering Services)
- SIPRO (Security and Surveillance Services)
- SYSNET (Network Infrastructure Maintenance)
- COFELY (General Maintenance)
In a few days the Italian Authorities will also begin restoration works in the Upper and Lower Loggia, after which the resurfacing of P3 car park will be completed.
