Every Wednesday there is a courier service from the EUI to the Ispra Settlement Office, to send:

• Claim Forms for Reimbursement of medical expenses
• Dentistry (estimates and fees)
• Orthodontics (estimates and fees)
• Prior authorisations

In order to speed up the handling of the file it is essential to indicate on the envelope the TYPE of document included (claim for reimbursement, direct billing, requests for prior authorization, serious illness, estimates for dental treatments, etc.)
