Registration at the EUI

On arrival new Max Weber and Jean Monnet Fellows register with Filipa de Sousa  in the Welcome Unit Office  at the Badia Fiesolana.

During registration we collect the information and documents for your residence permit and for the payment of the stipend and travel reimbursement, and issue you with your EUI card for access to EUI buildings.

 

 

Documents needed for MWFs and JMFs:

• A copy of your visa (only non-EU nationals)
• Your travel documents/tickets (citing the price paid) for reimbursement
• Copies of marriage certificate
• Birth certificates of children
• Proof of health insurance
• A copy of your doctoral degree

Details of the registration day and welcome events will be sent in the early Summer. 

 

Fernand Braudel Senior Fellows

Fellows register with Filipa de Sousa  in the Welcome Unit  Office at the Badia Fiesolana. No specific documents are required.
