A person charged with any offence not accepting the decision of the Disciplinary Committee has the right to appeal to the Disciplinary Appeals Committee, who will then decide on the appeal.
The Disciplinary Appeals Committee is composed of six members: three members of the Academic Council selected from amongst the professors, and three members nominated by the researcher representatives.
