The EMIN Annual Students Event is organised every summer at the European University Institue (EUI), in Florence, Italy, in partnership with the Florence School of Regulation (FSR).
An ideal occasion to gather the EMIN consortium in one place, the event brings together EMIN students, as well as academic coordinators representing the three partner HEIs and members of the Academic Committee.
During the event, 2nd-year students present and defend their theses to the EMIN Academic Committee. Fellow students also have the opportunity to present and discuss their peer's theses in order to ensure a high level of quality and maintain competitive levels of educational attainment between the partner universities.
Furthermore, the event hosts scholars and specialists who present and discuss relevant challenges faced by network industries.
In addition to the presentation of theses, the event reinforces the EMIN graduates’ cross-disciplinary competencies and allows them to network with fellow EMIN alumni.
