Roundtable on the Italian Constitutional Court Decision 238/2014

MonumentVictimsA roundtable on the Italian Constitutional Court decision 238/2014 will be held in Seminar Room 2, Badia Fiesolana, on Friday 13 February 2015.

The roundtable will focus on the implications of the Italian Constitutional Court's decision of 22 October 2014 concerning  the constitutional legitimacy of certain domestic provisions which had been adopted by Italy in order to ímplement the judgment of the International Court of Justice in the case of Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy).
