You must submit your application and upload your CV via the interactive online application form.
There are two distinct phases in the application process:
1. Register as early as possible
You are encouraged to register and insert your personal details and your referee’s contact details as soon as possible. This is important to allow sufficient time for your referee to submit a reference letter before the deadline.
When you register your referee’s contact details in the online application form, an email requesting a reference on your behalf is automatically sent to the referee you have nominated. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to contact your referee directly to inform him/her of your request, to verify that the email request was received, and to ensure that he/she submits the reference by the deadline.
2. Complete and submit your application
Once you have registered, you may continue to work on your application. Submit the application only when you have filled in all the information correctly and have successfully uploaded your CV. All the applications are considered on a rolling basis - we will let you know the decision as soon as we have all the required information from you.
