I carry out theoretical and empirical research in the fields of monetary and fiscal Policy, macro-finance, international macroeconomics and international finance.

I obtained a PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics/Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in December 2013. During my thesis I received a three-year research grant from the Institute for New Economic Thinking for the project ‘Economic and Political Determinants of Policy Responses after the Crisis’. After completing my PhD I worked for several Institutions and Think Tanks (European Central Bank, OECD, World Bank, European Parliament, CEPII) to analyze the impact of fiscal policy, macroprudential policy and financial regulation in the euro area and on international capital flows.

As a teaching assistant at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I taught Macroeconomics I, Microeconomics I, European Macroeconomics, and Introduction to Econometrics at the undergraduate level, and Time Series Econometrics and Financial Mutations and Monetary Policy  at the graduate level. I have taught a lecture ‘Macroprudential Policy in the Euro Area’ at the Panthéon-Sorbonne Master in Economics.
