Summer Schools

Summer Schools at the EUI are organised by all the departments and centres of the Institute on a thematic basis. While some are more academic than others, the aim of all of them is to provide a specialist training. They are open to academics at the beginning of their careers or, at a more advanced level, to policy-makers and functionaries. 



The Summer School on Law and Logic

The Summer School on Law and Logic is a yearly initiative which this year offers a six-day course "Logic, argumentation and legal reason".


Summer School in Comparative and Transnational History: Theories, Methodology and Case Studies

The Department of History and Civilization offers an annual Summer School in Transnational and Comparative History.

10 - 13 September 2018


The Academy of European Law (AEL)  holds a summer school each year, with one course on Human Rights Law and another on the Law of the European Union. These courses are for advanced students of law or related fields, lawyers, specialists, practitioners, professors and researchers.
