Summer Schools at the EUI are organised by Departments and Centres of the Institute, and some are run in collaboration with other organisations and universities. They are open to academics at the beginning of their careers or, at a more advanced level, to policy-makers and functionaries. The summer schools are organised on a thematic basis and all are aimed at providing specialist training.
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, most summer schools have been postponed until 2021. More detailed information for each summer school is available below. If you have already registered for a summer school, course organisers will contact you directly.
The Academy of European Law (AEL) holds a summer school each year, with one course on the Law of the European Union and another on Human Rights Law. These courses are for advanced students of law or related fields, lawyers, specialists, practitioners, professors and researchers.
