EUI ORCID Integration

The EUI Library is working to integrate Cadmus with ORCiD, the Open Researcher and Contributor iD. This process may disrupt some of the services related to Cadmus but should not prevent the general functioning.

ORCiD ensures authors to get credit for all their work. The ORCiD iD will belong to the author throughout the scholarly career as a persistent identifier to distinguish the author from other researchers.

This integration will allow:

1. EUI members to create ORCID iDs and/or to connect existing ORCID iDs to EUI - Cadmus
2. EUI - Cadmus to deposit publications of an EUI author into the author's ORCID profile
